Dining was a mixed bag, but I absolutely loved the £2 fancy 40-minute cook time dishes. The charm of the old train carriage for meals was a delightful twist! Plus, the magnificent remnants of the old tea factory had me wandering with so much joy!
The experience was a bit overshadowed by the steep prices and a rather aloof front desk. Had my first night marred by a view of the car park – not ideal. It felt like they could offer more for what they charge.

memorable stay with stunning views but minor hiccups
The views from our Superior King Room over the tea plantations were breathtaking. The tea-picking experience offered a unique insight into the local culture and was truly enjoyable. Staff members were incredibly attentive, making every effort to cater to our dietary preferences and ensuring our comfort.
Although the overall experience was excellent, the limited toiletries in the room was a downside.

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We explored stunning gardens and a mini tea factory tour. The cycling and trekking options were perfect for us, catering to all skill levels. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, and the setting is just breathtaking. Definitely try their BOP tea!
Only downside was the food quality, which felt average considering the price. Would have liked a more extensive menu.

The Heritance Tea Factory truly captures the essence of history with its unique design. The room offered stunning views of the tea plantations, making each morning a visual treat. The food at the restaurant impressed me, especially the breakfast options that catered to various tastes. I particularly enjoyed dining in the charming old train carriage, which added a quirky touch to the experience. Staff members greeted us warmly and provided attentive service for the most part. I did encounter a few hiccups, such as the narrow, winding road leading to the hotel, which could be daunting, especially after dark. The amenities needed a little attention, such as the lack of toiletries and limited power outlets in the room. The water pressure wasn't great either, making showers less enjoyable. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall atmosphere and historical charm of the hotel made my stay memorable.
